How to ask us to delete your account and your data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@fourmoraltechprivatelimited.com with the subject Delete my MoralOne account.
2. In the email, write the mobile number registered on your account.
3. We will send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that mobile number so we can confirm the request is yours. Reply to us with the code.

What happens next

After we confirm your request, we delete your account within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• your profile (name, username, bio, photo and other details you entered);
• your posts, stories, comments and product listings;
• your messages, and photos, videos and voice messages you sent;
• your followers, following and blocked lists, your contact matches and your push notification tokens.

What we may keep

We may keep a limited record of reports and moderation actions about your account, and anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as needed for safety and legal reasons. Messages you sent may remain visible to other people in a chat until they delete them from their own devices.
